The e-commerce site www.kimjacobjewelrydesign.com is the online site belonging to Kim Jacob Jewelry Designer,

DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48H, during business days. Please note that if the design(s) you have ordered are
no longer in stock, a new one / new ones will be made in our atelier especially for you. In that case the delivery will be delivered
within 4 weeks. When items are in stock, orders should arrive within 10 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary
depending on the order & destination. Kim Jacob is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Kim Jacob
has no control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.
IMPORT TAKS
When ordering goods from Kim Jacob for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or
taxes that apply to your country, Kim Jacob is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever.
Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Kim Jacob cannot predict the value of what these charges may be.
For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Kim Jacob will accept your returned merchandise, please contact us by email (info@kimjacobjewelry.com) before you return your item(s).
You can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). Both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be in unused,
unworn and undamaged. If the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.

We are not responsible for any additional costs.
Once we have received the package we can arrange an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs, refunded within 30 days).

Purchases made through the Kim Jacob Jewelry Designer online store are secured through trusted internet payment. We accept Bancontact,
Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You understand and agree that Kim Jacob shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide.
All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company.
AVAILABILITY
Each design is handcrafted in our own atelier, so please note that if the item(s) you have ordered are no longer in stock, it can take up to 4 weeks to make and ship the design(s)..
Kim Jacob will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.aco
